Your stream replay, cut into Shorts by AI
Paste the VOD link. AI finds the reactions, clutch plays and punchlines, adds captions and hook titles, and renders 6 vertical Shorts — no uploading, no timeline.

Chzzk, SOOP, Twitch and YouTube live replays. We verify once that the channel is yours, then every VOD is one click.
Made for streams
Speech is transcribed, idle chat and loading screens are skipped, and only moments with a real payoff become Shorts.
Priced per stream
First stream free. Then 6 credits per hour of VOD, including 6 Shorts and every 1080p export from that stream.
Which platforms work?
Public replays from Chzzk, SOOP (AfreecaTV), Twitch and YouTube live. Subscriber-only or private VODs can't be used.
Can I use someone else's stream?
No. Switch Stream only accepts replays from channels you have verified as yours — by placing a code in your channel description or logging in with your Chzzk or SOOP account.
How much does it cost?
Your first stream is free. After that a stream costs 6 credits per hour of VOD (under an hour still counts as 6), and that covers 6 Shorts plus all exports from it. Credit packs start at $1.49 and never expire.
