1. The service

Switch Stream turns replays of your own live streams (Chzzk, SOOP, Twitch, YouTube) into short vertical videos with captions. You may only submit streams from channels you own and have verified. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You can browse and preview without an account. Exporting and purchasing require signing in. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Content and licences

• We only list videos that YouTube reports as CC BY licensed at the time of listing, and we save a record of that licence when a project is created.
• CC BY requires attribution. Keep the source credit shown in the video and in the description when you publish.
• A CC BY label is set by the original uploader. Music or third-party footage inside a video may be subject to separate rights; you are responsible for what you publish.
• Publishing on YouTube or other platforms is subject to their own policies. We do not guarantee monetisation, reach or that a platform will accept the content.

4. YouTube features

Switch Stream uses YouTube API Services. By using these features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Uploads happen only to the channel you connect and only when you ask for them.

5. Payments

• Exports are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and purchased exports do not expire.
• Creating and previewing Shorts is free. One export is used when you export a full-quality Short.
• Failed exports are not charged and can be retried.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

• Delivery: purchased exports are added to your account immediately after payment and can be used at any time with no expiry. An exported video is usually ready within 2–5 minutes of the request.
• Cancellation and refund: within 7 days of purchase you can cancel and be refunded for unused exports (in full if none were used).
• Exports already used are not refundable unless the service failed to deliver the video.
• Exchange: as a digital product there is no exchange; to change packs, request a refund of unused exports and buy again.
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the request; depending on the card issuer it may take 3–7 more days to appear.
• Request refunds at rewyndkr@gmail.com with your account email and order date.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe rights, to automate abuse of free credits, to attack or overload the service, or for content that is illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or actions taken by third-party platforms regarding content you publish.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Governing law: Republic of Korea. Contact: rewyndkr@gmail.com. Last updated: 2026-10-07.

1. 서비스

Switch Stream
